Welcome To Dunn's Castle, Piketberg's oldest Guest House. It was build for George Dunn during the late 1890's and was designed by the late Sir Herbert Baker.
We offer cosy rooms (16 beds) with Victorian washbasins, county decor and a fireplace in each room. Three rooms have double beds and two with twin beds.
We serve breakfast and dinner (phone for bookings). We also offer three self catering cottages. A bar and a swimming pool are available to all of our guests. Safe parking.
Piketberg in the northern part of the Swartland - the place where all roads to the north meet - is 5 minutes away. Cape Town - only one hour's drive. The West Coast (Velddrif) is half an hour's drive.
Piketberg offers 24 hour shopping, a steakhouse and two restaurants, churches and a museum. The town is well known for its big protea farms. Citrus, peaches, wine, apples, pears, milk, canola, but mainly wheat farms.
