Plumwood Inn is a small romantic retreat situated in the heart of Franschhoek. It offers eight luxurious rooms of different sizes in two adjacent properties: five in the main house and three in the villa. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene.
 Unwind beside one of the swimming pools set in our lovely secluded garden soaking up the African sun and mountain air, or treat yourself to an aromatherapy or Swedish massage. Excellent personal service, with attention to detail, ensures a relaxed and pampered stay. Each room has a unique sense of style and design equipped with TV, hair-dryer, mini-safe, alarm clock, heater, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom. All the rooms have been appointed to the highest standard of charm, elegance and comfort and provide a unique experience to the traveller's needs.
Start your day with a sumptuous alfresco breakfast with homemade preserves, bread and other delights on the sunny garden terrace or in our elegant lounge. Upon request we can serve Gourmet platters between 16h00 and 20h30. The menu is available on request. End a memorable evening with tales, sipping delicious wines, coffee & liqueurs.
Plumwood Inn is a mere two-minute stroll from the village centre with its Cosmopolitan atmosphere and charming street cafes, award winning restaurants, museums and galleries. It is the perfect base from which to explore this unique and most breathtaking region, as well as to many of the Capes celebrated wine estates, golf courses and beaches.
