 The Ponds is situated in the Natal Midlands and within the Midlands there is a very special area of outstanding beauty known as the Midlands Meander.
The Ponds offers four spacious yet cosy fully equipped self catering cottages. All have open fires, jacuzzis and stunning views over dams and rolling hills. Peace and tranquility are our speciality!
Some of the many activities you can enjoy at The Ponds are trout fishing on the dam, riverside walks with your own dogs (or ours!), picnics, bird and otter watching and pony rides for young children.
Nearby are four golf courses, horse riding, innumerable restaurants, cafes and craft shops, game parks, battlefields, Pietermaritzburg, Valley of 1000 hills and Durban.
To find us take the Nottingham Road off ramp off the N3. Continue down into the village of Nottingham Road. Turn right for Rosetta, go under the railway bridge then turn left towards Fort Nottingham. Continue for 11 kms.
