 Our farm is situated on the Berg River near the tiny town of Hermon in the Riebeek Valley.
Sip an ice-cold beer from the comfort of our air-conditioned pub while the temperature soars to the mid-40's, or cool off with a refreshing dip in our swimming pool after a game of tennis! Or come and enjoy the Cape's "green season" at Wolwenskasteel. Spend windless winter days soaking up the gentle rays of the sun whilst watching the sheep graze lazily in the pastures. See our spectacular sunsets which fill the sky at dusk and the gentle sunrises which colour the valley on crisp winter mornings.
Our units are airconditioned and offered on a self-catering basis with fully equipped kitchens. We are situated approximately 10km from the towns of Riebeek Kasteel and Riebeek West, home of the internationally known Allesverloren wine farm, and other reputable wine cellars and olive farms. The historical towns of Wellington, Paarl and Tulbagh are all within 40km of our farm. The Riebeek Valley boasts a rich cultural heritage with many artists residing in the area and offering their works for sale at various venues. We are one hour's drive from Cape Town International Airport, thereby setting you within easy access of the greater Cape Town area, the winelands of the Cape and the Cedarberg mountain ranges.
